Here is what you can expect this season:
Construction will continue on Circle Drive South. There will be a new interchange at Preston Avenue and Circle Drive, as well as continued work on the 11th Street overpass, the Idlywyld overpass, and the Lorne Avenue overpass. Several roadways around the city will be resurfaced, including Circle Drive between Avenue C and Miller, Preston Avenue between Taylor and Armistice Bay, and 8th Street between McKercher Drive and Boychuk Drive. The 25th Street extension project is continuing with water and sewer work. Beginning in August, roadwork will start from 1st Avenue to Idylwyld. Lowe Road, Boychuk Drive, and Claypool Drive will all have new lanes added. Avenue O, Avenue M, and 18th Street will have roadway upgrades. The pedestrian access to River Landing from Avenues B and C will be completed, as well as the remaining stretch of Spadina Crescent.
